CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

The Voucher document containing the booking information for the tour and transfer purchased through the IZMIR PORT TRAVEL Website and/or from the IZMIR PORT TRAVEL center and/or the intermediary travel agency is transmitted to the Consumer. The package tour contract transmitted in the October Voucher attachment shall be accepted by the Consumer. Cancellation refund Decrees are deemed to have started between the Consumer and IZMIR PORT TRAVEL with the package tour agreement. Cancellation and refund conditions are regulated according to the relevant articles of the agreement and are an integral part of it.

Cancellation of the Tour / Transfer Agreement Decoupled between IZMIR PORT TRAVEL and the Consumer refund terms;
1.REFUNDS FOR PROMOTIONAL TOURS / TRANSFERS;
There is absolutely no right to cancel after booking promotional or promotional products.
2.REFUNDS FOR TRANSFERS;
Paid paid without any deduction, except for the costs arising from mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations to be paid in case of cancellation and cancellation requests until 3 days before the start of the operation, unless otherwise specified in the transfers, the price will be refunded to the consumer in kind. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip as IZMIR PORT TRAVEL withdrawal compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 24 hours before the start of the transfer.
3.RETURNS ON OVERSEAS TOURS;
Paid paid without any deduction, except for expenses arising from mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations to be paid in case of cancellation and cancellation requests until 30 days before the start of the trip, unless otherwise specified, the price paid shall be refunded to the consumer in kind. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip as IZMIR PORT TRAVEL withdrawal compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 30 days before the start of the trip.
4.REFUNDS ON SHIP TOURS;
Paying paid without any deduction except for the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations to be paid in case of cancellation and cancellation request until 60 days before the start of the cruise, unless otherwise specified, the price paid shall be refunded to the consumer in kind. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip as IZMIR PORT TRAVEL withdrawal compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 60 days before the start of the trip.
5.REFUNDS FOR DOMESTIC TOURS;
Paying paid without any deduction, except for the expenses arising from mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations to be paid in case of cancellation and cancellation of domestic tours until 30 days before the start of the trip, unless otherwise specified, the price paid shall be refunded to the consumer in kind. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip as IZMIR PORT TRAVEL withdrawal compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 30 days before the start of the trip.

6.RETURNS ON DAY TRIPS;
Paid paid to the consumer without any deduction, except for the costs arising from mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations to be paid in case of cancellation and cancellation requests until 5 days before the start of the day tours, unless otherwise specified, the price will be refunded to the consumer in kind. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip as IZMIR PORT TRAVEL withdrawal compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 3 days before the start of the trip.

7.AIRLINE, TRAIN, SHIP, ETC. REFUNDS FOR TOURS THAT INCLUDE TICKETS;
In all package tours with different carriers' services such as Airline, Train transportation in the Package Tour Content; Along with the purchase of the package tour, the ticket rules will apply for cancellation and cancellation requests on behalf of the Consumer, since the Ticket has been issued from the Carrier company. Since the carrier company's ticket rules are regulated by international and different Transportation laws and have a framework other than Package tour laws and regulations, the above-mentioned Package Tour cancellation rules do not apply to these services. When the consumer purchases a package tour, IZMIR PORT TRAVEL Decrees in advance that it is in an intermediary situation between itself and the carrier company. The carrier company ticket rules start as soon as the consumer purchases a package tour and continue until they complete the relevant trip. Paid payable to the carrier company in full or part of the fee paid in accordance with the relevant ticket rules, regardless of the time remaining for the tour departure, the costs arising from the mandatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations of the consumer who has purchased a package Tour containing tickets of different carriers shall be deducted from the tour fee and refunded by deduction. In cases considered as force majeure and/or cancellation of the Consumer's Tour due to health reasons, the ticket rules of the carrier company shall also apply. Even if IZMIR PORT TRAVEL accepts the consumer's Force Majeure and decides to refund the tour price, there is no way to prevent the carrier company's deductions that can be made on ticket prices. IZMIR PORT TRAVEL has no responsibility for these possible interruptions and the consumer has no right to claim compensation from IZMIR PORT TRAVEL
8. NAME CHANGE IN ALL TOURS, TRANSFER RIGHT;
8.1 General rules in case of name changes on package tours;
In Foreign Tours, it can be done free of charge from the sale of the tour until 30 days before the departure of the tour.
In Domestic Tours, it can be done free of charge from the sale of the tour until 15 days before the departure of the tour.
For One-day Tours, it can be done free of charge from the sale of the tour until 7 days before the departure of the tour.
For requests made less than these periods of time, there may be situations such as name changes being made at a certain extra fee and/or some services changing and some services not allowing name changes and/or no changes can be made. In such cases, the difference fee arising from the name change is transmitted to the consumer. The necessary name change is made with the acceptance October of this additional cost by the Consumer. If the Consumer does not pay the difference after the change has been made, IZMIR PORT TRAVEL has the right to cancel the entire reservation and/or to claim all costs to the Consumer. Name changes are made with the consumer's request and approval. All change requests sent verbally and/or in writing by IZMIR PORT TRAVEL by phone, e-mail, sms are considered to be the customer's approval.
8.2 Visa fees of Participants whose visa processing has been completed in relation to the transferred tours on foreign tours will not be refunded. For the participants who have taken a package tour transfer, their visa responsibilities will belong to them. IZMIR PORT TRAVEL does not have any responsibility if they do not have a visa, but they have applied, but a visa has not been issued by the start date of the tour. In such a case, the agency collects the entire Tour price from the transferor and/or transferor.
9. Dec BETWEEN FLIGHTS, VISA, INSURANCE CANCELLATIONS ON TOURS;
For foreign trips and ship tours, visa and insurance fees, as well as domestic connecting air ticket fees offered with the tour, if any, are not refundable.
10.CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE AND/OR HEALTH CONDITIONS;
Force majeure situations contained in the laws for the consumer or his first-degree relatives, severe accidents that would prevent the consumer from fulfilling any of the provisions of the package tour agreement, serious illnesses that require treatment, death situations are considered force majeure for the consumer. The consumer has to prove the existence of force majeure with a valid document to be obtained from official institutions and state hospitals. Despite the consumer's showing all necessary care, a situation that he cannot foresee and prevent, or for reasons of force majeure specified in this article, less than 30 days before the start of the package tour (60 days on ship tours), mandatory taxes, fees, etc. to be paid if he notifies the termination in writing. with expenses arising from legal obligations 3. paid paid by the consumer without any deduction, except for the fees that can be paid and documented to the persons and cannot be refunded, the price paid by the consumer will be refunded to the consumer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the termination notification to IZMIR PORT TRAVEL. In accordance with law No. 1618, if this cancellation is covered by insurance, the required refund is made by the insurance company, and the duration of the refund varies depending on the duration of the insurance damage refund process. IZMIR PORT TRAVEL is responsible for the duration of insurance refund transactions and document transactions.
11. CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR MADE BY IZMIR PORT TRAVEL;
IZMIR PORT TRAVEL has the right to cancel tours partially or completely for reasons of failure to reach the sufficient number of Tours, weather and road conditions, force Majeure and/or similar reasons. This situation is notified to the Consumer at least 7 days before the departure of the tour on foreign tours, at least 2 days before the departure date of the tour on domestic tours, 1 day before the departure date of the tour on day tours. IZMIR PORT TRAVEL will refund the Consumer's payback in full within 14 days in such Cancellation cases. The consumer has no right to claim compensation from IZMIR PORT TRAVEL related to this cancellation.
12. CREDIT CARD REFUNDS;
In the refunds made to the credit card, it may take 14 working days for the refund to be reflected on the card depending on the working conditions of the banks. If the consumer makes a refund request to his/her bank for a Package tour purchased with a credit card, IZMIR PORT TRAVEL cancellation refund conditions apply. He has no right to request a refund of the Credit Card payment from the bank in accordance with the cancellation refund conditions he accepted when paying for the package tour. Credit card refund transactions can only be made by IZMIR PORT TRAVEL.
